Observación: a) Las instrucciones contenidas en esta Circular, dejarán de aplicarse en los términos contenidos en la Circular N° 2967; b) Esta Circular N° 2090, de 2003, deja de aplicarse a contar del 1° de enero de 2014, por efecto de la Circular N° 2821; c) Deja sin efecto Circular N° 1747; d) A partir del 1° de julio de 2017, se deja de aplicar, conforme lo señalado en la Circular N° 3136
