Teniendo presente que el H. Congreso Nacional ha dado su
aprobación al siguiente:
Proyecto de Ley:
Promulgación
Y por cuanto he tenido a bien aprobarlo y sancionarlo;
por tanto promúlguese y llévese a efecto como Ley de la
República.
