APRUEBA REGLAMENTO SOBRE PREVENCION DE RIESGOS PROFESIONALES

    Santiago, 11 de Febrero de 1969.- Hoy se decretó lo que
sigue:

     Núm. 40.- Vistos: lo dispuesto en la ley N° 16.744
publicada en el Diario Oficial de 1° de Febrero de 1968 y
de acuerdo con la facultad que me confiere el N° 2 del
artículo 72 de la Constitución Política del Estado,

     Decreto:

     Apruébase el siguiente Reglamento sobre prevención de
riesgos profesionales:

Promulgación

     Tómese razón, comuníquese, publíquese e insértese
en la Recopilación que corresponda de la Contraloría
General de la República.- E. FREI M.- Eduardo León
